ऑनलाइन जमा करने के बाद उत्पन्न आवेदन का प्रिंटआउट, आवश्यक प्रमाण पत्र / जन्म तिथि, शैक्षिक योग्यता, अनुभव, और सामुदायिक प्रमाण पत्र, यदि कोई हो, की स्व-सत्यापित प्रतियों के साथ, प्रशासन नियंत्रक को संबोधित किया जाता है, सीएसआईआर-सेंट्रल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मेडिसिनल एंड एरोमैटिक प्लांट्स, पोस्ट ऑफिस-सीआईएमएपी, लखनऊ-226015 इस कार्यालय में स्पीड पोस्ट/पंजीकृत डाक द्वारा 07-03-2022 तक या उससे पहले पहुंच जाना चाहिए। एक से अधिक पदों के लिए आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्रत्येक पद के लिए अलग-अलग आवेदन प्रस्तुत करना होगा जिसमें पद की कोड संख्या का उल्लेख हो।

आवेदन वाले लिफाफे के ऊपर “………………… के पद के लिए आवेदन (पोस्ट कोड …………… विज्ञापन संख्या ……………)” लिखा होना चाहिए।

The Printout of the application, generated after online submission, duly accompanied by self-attested copies of the requisite certificates/mark sheets of date of birth, educational qualifications, experience, and community certificate, if any, addressed to the ″Controller of Administration, CSIR-Central Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants, Post Office-CIMAP, Lucknow-226015 ″ should reach this office by speed post/registered post on or before 07-03-2022. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate application for each post indicating the Code No. of the post.

The envelope containing the application should be super scribed “Application for the post of ………………….(Post code …………… Advt.No. ………………)″.
