Types of Indian soils ( भारतीय मिट्टियों के प्रकार )

भारत में मुख्य रूप से आठ प्रकार की मिट्टियां पाई जाती है-

1-जलोढ़ मिट्टी (Alluvial soil)

2-काली या रेगुड़ मिट्टी ( Black Soil or Regur Soil )

3- लाल मिट्टी ( Red soil)

4- लैटेराइट मिट्टी (Laterite Soil)

5- मरुस्थलीय मिट्टी ( Desert Soil)

6- वन एवं पर्वतीय मिट्टी ( Forest and Mountain Soil)

7-लवणीय या क्षारीय मिट्टी (Saline and Alkaline Soils)

8-पीट एवं जैविक मिट्टी (Prary and Marshy Soils)

पारिस्थितिकीय आधार पर मृदा अधोलिखित प्रकार की होती है।-

1- अवशिष्ट मिट्टी (Residual Soil)

2- वाहित मिट्टी (Transported Soil)

3- जलोढ़ मिट्टी (Alluvial soil)

4- वातोढ़ मिट्टी( Eoilan soil)

5- शैल, मलवा मिट्टी (Colluvial soil)
